In the bustling town of Hanover, Pennsylvania, a hidden gem has been making waves in the local dining scene – Sallies and Sammies. This cozy 32-seat Salad and Sandwich Cafe, owned by the dynamic duo of Joseph and Jennifer Holmes, has quickly become a favorite among food lovers in the area. For a small town, we have a lot of coffee and food choices, but I was excited to see their breakfast and lunch menus and the obvious quality of their food.  I was impressed with the cleanliness and the good vibe this cozy bright cafe presented.  Joseph is the chef and Jennifer runs the front of the house.  I was immediately impressed by the modern use of technology to display their menu beautifully and the efficient ordering system. 

 The food I ordered was excellent and so was their customer service.  As they had recently opened, they had 7 Five-star reviews.  I could tell that they were not afraid of innovation.  I asked Jennifer if they would be willing to try out Reprenu’s Google Review card and demonstrated how it worked.   The card uses NFC technology and when an NFC-enabled phone taps the card the Google Review form pops up on the customer’s phone for the customer to leave a quick review on the spot.  Jennifer began using the card and placed it near her register on 03/19/2024.  One month later on 04/19/2024, she had collected 22 5-star reviews a 300% increase in reviews.  We now have added the Google review plate, which I believe is an even better solution as it is specifically designed to be at the point of sale, is NFC-enabled, and has a QR code that can be scanned for older non-NFC-enabled phones.  As of 09/18/2024, the business has 54 5-star reviews.   The beauty of our system is that it simply makes getting reviews easier and faster.  Seeing the reviews piling up and knowing that Reprenu had a small role in this new business’s success was exciting.
