Offer Posts: active until the expiration date set by the business or 7 days, whichever is earlier.

A GBP Q&A Post is like a FAQ and allows businesses to answer frequently asked questions about their business. Customers can ask questions about the business directly on its GBP profile, and the business can respond by providing answers. The Q&A Posts appear on the business’s profile and Google Maps listing. The purpose of a GBP Q&A Post is to provide customers with information they need to make informed decisions about whether to visit or purchase from the business. You can use GBP Q&A Posts to increase visibility, improve your online reputation, and build a stronger relationship with your customers. You can even post questions you often answer when someone inquiries about your business in this type of post.
A review post is a great way to highlight a particular customer’s review of your business and should be something you do frequently. It shows that customers like your business or service and adds a human touch.
If you own a restaurant you are allowed to post a current menu or today’s menu or specials in a post.
Always keep in mind a few guidelines when posting on your Google Business Profile (GBP). Firstly, make sure your posts are relevant to your business and what you offer.
